Categories and Albums

I have 3 categories:

-Fotologs
-Staff*
-Birthdays

*Renamed from "Users Galleries"

All my users, when create a new album, go to category Staff (Old Users Galleries) and they can't choose other category like Fotologs or Birthday, because the drop-menu don't show whe they want to create a new album. What's the problem or how can i change the album's category from Staff to other category?? The users are "registereds"!

Make sure you have enabled uploads both in the groups page, and to the specific albums in album properties.
