mySQL Error: Can't lock file (errno: 116)on query '#************************* INSERT INTO cpg133_config VALUES ('albums_per_page', '12')'

Error above on install.

Not sure what kind of server it is.  I've tried the CHMOD at 755 and 777.  Also tried reuploading the files in case of a bad transfer.

I'm guessing that the problem is the database premissions as I'm not the dba.

So, what do you guys think?

It's a mysql error, nothing to do with Coppermine. Seek support from your server admin.
