This is not a bug but proposed cosmetic change.

Currently, the input box for Forum URL has an inline style making the width a percentage. The box only shows this much when I have the window my preferred width: "http://www.yoursit" To see the whole thing, the window would have to be maximized.

Could we please remove that inline style? Since that would push the explanation text a bit, I think that text should be moved to the following row.
