mass load with FTP

Hello,  I am new to CPG. I saw on the features list the option upload may pics with FTP to a folder on the server and then load them automatically to CPG.
I also saw this option on my CPG menu. However while I click it I get the message which is something like: "upload with FTP, you must choose folder".

How do i set CPG to point to the folder that contain all my pics?
