No Comments or Ratings

I'd like to remove the comments & ratings features from my coppermine 1.3

I checked the config and didn't see anything to remove it from there. Any help would be appreciated.

You can disable commenting and rating using the groups page.

sorry for the noobish question, i didn't see it under the config section where i figured it would be.

It's in the groups section to allow you to allow members to comment/rate but not passing visitors.
