Converting from Smartor Gallery to Coppermine

Hi.

I've recently "discovered" the power of the Coppermind Gallery, and now I would like to switch from the Smart Gallery to yours.
Will I then loose all of my old pictures and if not, how may do it in order to prevent the pictures/comments from getting deleted?

I'm sorry if the answer has been posted before, but I coudn't find it...
