local Server (transferring webserver gallery to a local webserver)

Hi,
in order to script local on my computer and test modifications before uploading them to my webserver, I tried to get the Internetversion of my CPG gallery running. I made a backup of my SQLdatabase and downloaded the all the files of my CPG web directory.
To install it, i created all the Database on my local webserver on my computer and placed the CPG files in my webserver on my local harddisk. But it doesn't work propely. What else do I have to change in which files in order to get a copy running of my webserver gallery.
I get those warnings:

and furthermore, I can't login (following warning is displayed):
Warning your browser does not accept script's cookies

but in my php.ini I got this "register_long_arrays = On"

I'm running:
- Apache 2.0.54 webserver
- PHP 5.0.4
- mySQL 4.1.14
- phpmyadmin 2.6.3-pl1

ssi.php goes unsupported, but the error message should speak for itself.
