Please help! Top rated problems

My host have change his server after 8 days of downtime  and after this (I think) I have this problem:

Photos rated with 5, 6, even 11 votes (11 was in first top10 before brake) are now badly rated than photos with 1 vote!!!

then probably during the downtime some entries from the database were lost. Ask your webhost for support, and/or use a tool like phpMyAdmin to browse your database - look up the rating table.

Do you know which is the names of databases I have to edit?

the table is named yourCopperminePrefix_votes. You probably can't "fix" the table, data just got lost. If you don't have a backup, you will have to live with this I'm afraid.
