Help "The previous file could not be placed." ???

Hey,
I keep getting this message when I try to attempt to upload a pic to my album. But I keep getting this message

The previous file could not be placed.

You have successfully placed all the files.

I've read the  General Upload Troubleshooting Topic and I don't think It really helps.  :-\\ I've changed my CHMOD to 777 and 755 to the
album, Edit, userpics and 10001
What did I do wrong?

do as suggested in http://coppermine-gallery.net/tutorial/uploads/troubleshooting.php (this tutorial is recommended in general upload troubleshooting as well). The error message you posted shows that you haven't read it properly.
