moderator status possible ?

besides the admin status I would like to create a "moderator". He should be allowed to modify all photos of the gallery ( change descriptions, put photos from one album to another, create new users ) but he should not be allowed to change the general settings or to delete me as the "super-admin".
Is that possible ?
