When I try to run install.php I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: remove_remarks() in /home/hsphere/local/home/jdcbait9/jdcbaits.com/cp/install.php on line 445

I unzipped all the files again and reloaded them to the server in case I was missing a file but that made no difference.

This is my fourth installation and I had no problems with the other three.

Thanks in advance for any help.

How did you "unzip"? Did you extract or did you just double-click? Are the files in folders or are they all in the same folder?

Please post a link to the gallery.

Thanks for the response.

I unzipped using WinZip and the Extract command which extracted the files to their individual folders.

Gallery is located at http://jdcbaits.com/cp/

Your link takes me to your control panel login.  You should make a different subdirectory (maybe cpg or gallery) and ftp your files there, then try the installer again.  Make sure you remove all the files you put into /cp/.
Do not send me a private message unless I ask for one.  Make your post public so everyone can benefit.

Thanks for the help.

The cp folder has the login.html file that takes you to the Control Panel, but the Coppermine files are there, too.  This is the same setup I have  with my other three setups.

I do appreciate the help, but I did find errors in my install file.  When I downloaded a new zipped file of Coppermine I redid all the installation and this time it worked.

Thanks again.
