Upload problems

I can upload everthing, but not pictures. Also ImageMagick does not seem to convert the photo's.
It goes though the motion, and asking me to choose the album, and it show that it has been successfull, but there is nothing in the album.
Any idea?

I'm running this on windows 2003 server.
