Cant Delete Pictures (white screen)

Whenever you try to delete a picture (any user..) when you click the link to delete the picture right below the thumbnail, it goes to a white screen, with the url:
coppermine&file=delete&id=8&what=picture%20class=

the url SHOULD be
coppermine&file=delete&id=8&what=picture&class=

if you change the url to what i have here, the delete goes through correctly and errorless, but it is painstaking to do this every time you want to delete a picture.

Which file is this url error located in?
