Hello all!

I currently run a large gallery for a number of subjects. I would like to break the gallery into individual galleries and was wondering if there was an easy way to break them up into their respective galleries without having to start from scratch.

Thanks in advance!

clone the gallery (file backups plus mySQL dump, then restore everything in another location, with the mySQL dump restored using a different prefix). You'll then have two identical galleries - make sure both work independently as expected. Then use the coppermine user interface to delete the unwanted pics from the original gallery and vice versa on the clone. Create multiple clones in the first place if you need to break them up multiple times.
However, having several galleries means having to administer and maintain several apps, which is not a good idea. Post what you're actually trying to accomplish, I'm sure that there can be another option you haven't taken into account yet.
