There's th possibility to download your favorite pictures in a zip file. Why don't you implement this feature for whole albums, so you could download a whole album in a zip file?

Someone asked the same question just a couple of days ago. Please search the boards.

There are a lot of issues to consider, most of which will adversely affect your site's bandwidth and load.
