Hello there,
I'm using CGP 1.2.1 with PhpNuke 6.8.

My website does not allow user registration and so everyone is considered an Anonymous user. Whenever someone adds a comment to a picture, anyone is able to change / delete the other comments (since they are all anonymous posts).

Is there a way to block this behaviour and have anonymous just POST a comment and not being able to modify or delete it anymore (except ADMINISTRATOR??)
