Category "User galleries" is gone... I need it back!

Hi everybody,

somehow my categoriy "user galleries" is missing! 
Now users are able to upload pics, but they cannot view them in their private galleries
("A category has a non-existing parent, run the category manager to correct the problem!")

How do I get back this category?
I tried to create a new one called "user galleries", but it does not work.

Do you think I could add it manually into my database (into the category table)?
What's the ID then? What do I have to enter into all the other fields?

Other solutions are very welcome... thanks a lot for your help!

Did you remane it to something else. Modify the theme or template?

"User Galleries" is not supposed to be delete'able ( according to the docs).

Solved!

I added another entry to my database into the table "cpg133_categories":

cid = 1
owner_id = 0
name = User galleries
description = whatever...
pos = 0
parent = 0
thumb = 0
subcat_count = 0
alb_count = 0
pic_count = 0
stat_uptodate = NO

Now, my user gallery is back and I am happy

Hi!

I got the same problem!
I could delete the user Galerie also- it was gone and the user upload didn´t work!

Now I insert the laurinchen7- mod to my database and now it works!

Now the User galeries is shown but only with the number of album included- there ara no sample pictures for each album like it is at my other ones.
Is there a possibilty to activate the sample thumps to be shown???

Having a thumbnail that represents the user galleries currently isn't possible. Don't fiddle with the database directly if you don't know your way around.
