Under Batch i can select no folders for upload. What is wrong?

well, are there actually any folders? You have to create folders within the "albums" folder (don't use the userpics nor edit folders) and upload your files there using FTP. Check the docs for details. If you think you have done everything as suggested and there should be folders showing, post a deep link to a file you uploaded using FTP.
