Photo contest addons

I think this gallery would get a boost if there were plugins or features that allowed admins to run photo contests. I dont have a full list but a few things that might be usefull

Timed gallery closures where you set a time of say two weeks and after that the gallery is closed to submisions
A second more elaborate voting feature where users can vote for only one pic in a given albumy.
The ability to sort each album seperatly by image rank. This way after voting all images can be browsed by best to last.
