New computer-need to know how to get Windows uploader working again

I had my old computer set up to use windows upload fr my files.  Can anyone tell me how to set this up again?  I do not have coppermine available as a choice when I try to upload.

You need to go to your sites xp_publish.php in your coppermine dir in your browser
