Thumbnails no longer being created and pictures not being added.

Hi guys.

I've just tried to batch add pictures on my gallery www.untold-fairytales.org but the thumbnails didn't appear, they were little red X's, and when I tried to add them it said:

Critical error
PHP running on your server does not support the GD image library, check with your webhost if ImageMagick is installed 


This has never been a problem before, and has only happened now. Does anybody know what the problem is and why it's happened?

Ask your host if they removed GD support.

Well, I was with WebHostingBoy but they went bust so a new company took over yesterday. If they have disabled it, is there anything I can do?

Have you asked them to enable it? That's the only thing you can do.

Ohh the pain of it!! I sent them an email asking them to enable it, which is weird because I didn't have to ask them in the first place...dunno what possessed them to disable it. Fingers crossed they do it
