How do I change the Terms & Conditions?

Hey guys! Anybody know how I change (or add bits) to the terms & conditions when somebody registers?

Look in the language files eg. lang/english.php

Didn't really work...now my gallery doesn't work and I get this message:

Do you know how to fix that?
