Registration and payment mod

I am looking for a developer who can integrate the paypal payment for me as follows:

The applicant go through the coppermine sign up (email adress ...)
At the end, he is proposed to pay a fixed amount through paypal
The confirmation email is sent and the registration become active when the administrator (or the system) receives the confirmation of the payment from Paypal. If this can't be done automatically then the administrator will just check a box in the user pannel when receiving the paypal email and the confirmation email will be sent automatically via CPG.
