What is Php Nuke and what can it do ?

Is php nuke an add-on for the gallery ? What more can I do w/ phpNuke that I cant do with the regular gallery ? How do I install it ? where can i go to learn more about this phpNUke ?

phpNuke is a portal/CMS (content manager system).
Roughly it is a framework which contains "modules".
Modules control cool things like: Coppermine, Forum, Newsletters, webmail, chatbox, etc.
Since everything is working with eachother they also share 1 userdatabase and options.
Blocks fill the mainpage and people then can see what the content of you homepage is. For example: show last 5 news articles, top rated images, survey, etc. etc.
