error on upload.php cpg1.4

after uploading a new picture with upload.php it tranfers the file to the server and then i got this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: replace_forbidden() in /home/tabaqui/public_html/pictures/upload.php on line 1116

error is with the latest checkout:

cpg1.4.x goes currently unsupported. Downgrade to the stable version if you need support. Locking this thread.
