Installation problem - no errors displayed

I have cpg 1.3.3 and am trying to install on a windows machine. When I run install.php, I am returned back the same page. No errors are displayed.

I double checked my database details and imagemagick path and everything is correct. Am unable to figure out the problem since there are no error messages.

Any idea?

Install 1.3.5. You'll then get an error message that will tell you what you have wrong.
