 :) Hello. I'm looking at options for displaying artwork, I like using numbers instead of thumbnails and am wondering if this is possible in coppermine? Or maybe just listing the image names alone without the thumbnails.. (Just thinking while I'm writing this, I wonder what happens if you set the thumbnail dimentions to zero).  I see where it is possible to have as many thumbnails displayed in the filmstrip as you wish, but ideally, if I have an album of 50 pictures, I'd like to be able to have just bare links 1-50 displayed under the currently viewed picture. Thanks for any suggestions or opinions. -Jake

There are various places in coppermine's code, where thumbnails are being addressed, so you'd have to edit several places as well. For making the thumbnails in the filmstrip disappear, edit themes/yourtheme/theme.php, find// HTML template for filmstrip display
$template_film_strip = <<<EOT

        <tr>
         <td valign="top" background='themes/classic/images/tile.gif' align="center" height='30'>&nbsp;</td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
        <td valign="bottom" class="thumbnails" align="center">
          {THUMB_STRIP}
        </td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
         <td valign="top" background='themes/classic/images/tile.gif' align="center" height='30'>&nbsp;</td>
        </tr>
<!-- BEGIN thumb_cell -->
                                        <a href="{LINK_TGT}">{THUMB}</a>&nbsp;
                                        {CAPTION}
                                        {ADMIN_MENU}
<!-- END thumb_cell -->
<!-- BEGIN empty_cell -->
                <td valign="top" align="center" >1&nbsp;</td>
<!-- END empty_cell -->

EOT;
and replace with// HTML template for filmstrip display
$template_film_strip = <<<EOT

        <tr>
         <td valign="top" background='themes/classic/images/tile.gif' align="center" height='30'>&nbsp;</td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
        <td valign="bottom" class="thumbnails" align="center">
          {THUMB_STRIP}
        </td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
         <td valign="top" background='themes/classic/images/tile.gif' align="center" height='30'>&nbsp;</td>
        </tr>
<!-- BEGIN thumb_cell -->
                                        <a href="{LINK_TGT}"><!--{THUMB}</a>&nbsp;-->
                                        {CAPTION}</a>&nbsp;
                                        {ADMIN_MENU}
<!-- END thumb_cell -->
<!-- BEGIN empty_cell -->
                <td valign="top" align="center" >1&nbsp;</td>
<!-- END empty_cell -->

EOT;
(not tested, but you get the idea)

Hi, Thanks for the response. That does remove the thumbnails in the filmstrip but I was unable to figure out how to replace them with anything, like an image title.
