Client denied by server configuration problems

I'm getting thousands of these errors.  On my home computer, I experience no problems at all, but at work I get broken images, pages not loading completely, and forbidden errors.  This is just a few lines from the error log on my host's server.  Server has been taken over by new management and I can't contact them just yet as I don't have the contact info.  If someone knows how I could resolve this, I would very much appreciate your help.  My business is suffering because of this because some customers can't get past the forbidden errors.  The Rainy Day theme works just fine, although a lot of the errors point to the theme's images.  The logo.php is the watermarking utility and it works perfectly, but still generates lots of errors in the error log.   Thanks, Sonny

this is not related to coppermine at all, but server setup: you get a 403 (forbidden) error when trying to access the resources, so I guess you put some access restrictions (.htaccess) in place. Remove the .htaccess file (may be invisible in your ftp program - try to overwrite any existing .htaccess file with a blank one).
