Date and Point system customisation

Hello,

I am ugrently looking for someone to help me develop a modification to the gallery I currently have running

At present it is working okay, but it is a little basic and I was looking for these two modifcations:

1. When someone uploads an image I would like it to only be available for comments and voting for seven days and that people know how long the image has left for voting.
2. At present the rating system is alittle basic and I would prefer it to be on a points system. That 5 stars is 20 points, 4 stars is 15 points and so on.
