 I configured all my users groups excepted administrator to have just one upload box in the upload page for all albuns ... but is it possible to have a special category/album with multiple upload boxes in the upload page for all users groups ??? Or I need to install a second CPG in order to have this ???

Not really, with the multi-file upload system you are only asked what album you want to use after the upload is completed.
