Can't see categories anymore

I was adding a new catergory awhile ago and when I clicked the ok button a blank page appeared w/ no categorie list. I checked this in every theme I use and it won't appear at all. I installed another gallery and I was able to create the catergories and see them. But then after about the 50th categorie/sub-categorie it happened again on the freshly installed version. The catmrg.php does not load my categories which means I can't edit or add any new categories.

Gallery is offline.  There's also an error about a missing function getmicrotime().

Yes I see that error and I have no idea what it is or how to fix it. I still can't see my category list either. I don't understand how it can be there one minute and then be gone when I did nothing to get rid of it.

I turned the galleries back on.

I upgraded the photo gallery last night to 1.3.5 and the ctaegories still wont show. Every theme when you click on it in the admin panel it shows a blank page.

I'm not sure what you mean. I was able to go to Raw caps > 1995, e.g., so I am able to see categories, unless you mean something else.

You know the page where you can add categories and edit them, move them up or down? That page is blank on all themes! I can't create any new categories, delete any categories, or anything else that is in that catmgr.php. Yesterday I was adding a new category and when I clicked ok it brought me back to a blank page. I re-uploaded evreything, upgraded from 1.3.3, and nothing works. You can see the categories fine but I can't add new ones becuase it's just gone.
