a problem uploading

"Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files"

cant upload unless i'm logged in as admin .. or when i create a my own user album .. i dont want to use this feature ,i cant force all the members to make they own albums to be able to upload to the public album!!!
i dont want members to have or create they own albums .. they can only upload to the public albums i create .. how to fix the problem
this is a drawback of such a gr8 gallery like coppermine

The drawback is that you need to read the manual. You can do what you want by setting it up on the groups page and in album properties.
