Payment integration

Hi everyone
I have a question.
My site is www.arabsexcity.com. I am using ccbill as payment processor which is integrated with coopmeine and mysql for usernames and passwords.
Is it possible that i can integrate my site with coppermine to use a payemnt processor that use a text file for usernames?
Also is it possible that i can have two payment proessors, one dealing with mysql and the other with a text file for usernames and passwords.
