Hi all,
Firstly I know we're using an outdated version of CPG, but a major upgrade is planned that will see the whole thing changed at the latest version implemented in a couple of months time!!!

We've had CPG1.3 and phpBB 2.0.13 running with MySQL perfectly for over a year now.  In the last couple of weeks we've changed the message boards and photo galleries to a new server.  All works fine (even the bridge is working ok!) with one exception.  When a user tries to upload a photograph, you got to upload file, select the file and click continue it tells you that '1 uploads completed' and then you click continue to place the file in to a gallery.  Here we just get a box with a red X in it and no thumbnail and clicking continue gives...

"The previous file could not be placed.

You have successfully placed all the files. "

Now i've looked at the troubleshooting section and still not worked it out.  It works fine on the old server(!) so it must be something that hasnt been changed or is now pointing to the wrong place.  The path for ImageMagick is correct for the new server and all the databases etc.. have been repointed.  I have double checked that imagemagick convert is available and that the path i've been advised is correct.

I've followed a file through the system and after the uploads screen (when it says 1 upload completed) there is only the uploaded image file resident in albums/edit - no thumbnail picture.  I suspect this is why we are not getting a thumbnail showing on the next screen. The question is can anybody suggest what is wrong? I've checked and double checked everything I can think off so any advice would be really helpful!

If anybody wants to take a look the picture boards are: www.railwayherald.co.uk/photo.gallery
and a test user account is testuser with password: passtestword

All help is gratefully received.

Regards
Richard
