Help: Access to user gallery

I logged into control panel as a administrator.

My question is: why administrator can not get access to albums in user gallery?  I mean, within album settting, why I can not see the user albums and modify them?

Thanks for the reference post - this still isn't addressing the problem....

I need the same information and have done several searches for this question... not coming up with anything...

(sorry to sound blunt... it's been a long day so I apologize if I did)...

In this case, I have several people who were part of a group at one time and are now not a part of the group.  As administrator, I need to be able to move their uploaded photos from their designer gallery to their user gallery.  Having no access to the user gallery restricts my being able to do this unless I change their password to access their gallery myself (hijacking their uploads if you will).  Am I missing a thread discussing how to accomplish this?  If so, can someone point me in the right direction?
