Fantastico 1.34 -> 1.42 upgrade-Album won't work

Hi,
Fantastico informed me that my 1.34 installation was out of date and advised me to upgrade to 1.42.  I hit the upgrade button and now my gallery doesn't work:

Gives the error message:

Code Select Expand

There was an error while processing a database query

I tried upgrading again, but now get this message when I try to upgrade:

Generating MySQL Backup - Done.
Generating Files Backup - Done.CREATE TABLE `cpg_favpics` ( `user_id` INT( 11 ) NOT NULL , `user_favpics` TEXT NOT NULL , PRIMARY KEY ( `user_id` ) ) COMMENT = 'Stores the server side favourites' - Table 'cpg_favpics' already exists

I have contacted my stupid webhost's tech support about this and they tried to restore the files from the backup that fanstatico created, but were not successful.

What can I do?  I really hope I don't have to start from scratch.

Download the file (link at top of page) from our site and follow the instructions to do the upgrade. Don't use Fantastico from now on to do upgrades.
