When I get to the part where I need to run the installation script, I get the following error message.

Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

Do you see folders or just a bunch of files in the Gallery directory? Make sure you extracted the zip file and not just double-clicked to open.

As Thu suggested: verify you uploaded all of the files and folders.
