Rainy Day for 1.4

So I had been using 1.3.something and an altered version of the Gray Satin theme.  Uploaded to 1.4 and all went well until I got to the last step of changing the theme (creating a whole new theme.php - um, not having created the theme in the first place... I had no idea which of the conditionals applied). 

Then I looked through the demo area (http://coppermine-gallery.net/Obsolete) to try to find something else that would work for my site and decided "Rainy Day" was something I could work with. 

Anyway, so on to my question - where can I download the 1.4 Rainy Day theme showed on the demo site?  I didn't see it listed amongst the downloads (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=89658&package_id=98541).

Rainy Day should be in your themes folder.
