Users cant upload to certain albums

Hey guys..

Fist of all i would like to say thanks for this amazing programme. GJ

Right, i have a slight problem, I have been pulling my hair out and now im bold lol

Right, lets get started.

I have gave "Registered users" permission to do the following

Permissions:

Rating: Yes   
Ecards: Yes
Comments: Yes   

Public albums upload:

Allowed: Yes
Approval: Yes   

Personal gallery:

Allowed: Yes   
Approval: Yes   

Upload method:

No. of boxes: fixed 
File upload boxes: 6 
URI upload boxes: 4 

so im taking it that registered users can upload to my public albums, but when they try to upload the only Albums they see from the drop down menu is "Personal Albums" ??

But yet i have a load of Albums

I have gone through settings after settings and have had no joy, and i bet its somethink so simple and a certain setting is sitting right infront of my nose lol..

Sorry if im being thick, useally i can solve problems out for myself but not this 1 lol

Have you set 'Visitors can upload files' in album properties ?

Also update to 1.4.3
