Warning your browser does not accept script's cookies

Hi. Coppermine folks.. 

I Have recently upgraded my website to cpg1.4.3 from cpg1.3, but this error seems to haunt me..

"Warning your browser does not accept script's cookies "

I am running IE6 all my users are running IE6 but they cant login, i receive the login box but with this error
i try to login it tells me welcome but nothing happens i just return to the front page..

i have tried everything with my browser, nothing helps.. i have tried to clear my sessions in sql.. nope.. and much more..
so i have to give up.. i have enabled debuging mode.. so you should be able to see what s happning..

Check for a blank line at the end of your include/config.inc.php and any files you have modified.
