Flickr style tags on photos

Is there anyway we could possibly get a feature that allows users to tag each user within the picture, similar to that of facebook or flickr ?

Also, any other feature which allows the user to add additional commentary to pictures, which invariably adds text to the page, and gives google's ads a better sense of what is on the page, hence making the ads more meaningful and getting a higher rate of return on the ads.
