1) Never post an admin account on a public board (I created another admin account named gaugau and used it to change the password of your first admin account, sent the new password by PM)
2) The error message you get is

- make sure that you have CHMODed as suggested in the docs
3) You haven't set the groups page as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section in the docs. I made the needed changes for you.
4) We don't support by email. You could have enabled notification on this thread
5) Don't hijack threads, and don't double-post (nor triple-post or worse). I split your replies to those other threads and merged them into this one.
6) Don't post debug_output unless requested
7) Posting on a board that doesn't even relate to your version is a silly idea.

Causing a lot of extra work for supporters by not respecting board rules and common sense and by not reading the documentation first makes supporters reluctant to help. In the future, respect board rules!
