Remove LAST ADDED PICS from main?

In the index page of CPG it shows

PHOTO ALBUMS
------------------
RANDOM IMAGES
-----------------
RECENT ADDITIONS


now can i not show the RECENT ADDITIONS from displaying on the index page?
Id like to do this because i am using external pages to show recent additions

On your Config page, go to Album List View, then "The content of the main page".  Remove "lastup,2" from the end of that string (or wherever "lastup" is).

it's in the docs and the FAQ that come with coppermine and are avilable online as well (links at top of this page) - next time, read those documents before posting questions.

Now that you understand, can you suggest a way for the docs and FAQ to explain this in a better way?  If so, please contribute so the next guy understands from the beginning.  If not, it's OK to admit you didn't understand for other reasons (like skimming around or just having a brain hiccup) - we all do this from time to time.  A criticism by someone here that you should have figured it out yourself can be instructive even if it stings, but it doesn't have to leave a mark (if that analogy makes sense).
