Is there a way to stop Explorers flyover menu that lets you save, print, email, and open my pictures folder when the pointer is on an intermediate picture?

I saw in another post to add

<meta http-equiv="imagetoolbar" content="no"> between the <head> and </head> in displayimage.php, but I can't find the <head> in displayimage.php.

NEVERMIND, I put it in Template.html and it worked.
