Hi !

I'm new to Coppermine and I want to know if theres files I should delete after the installation (like install.php, readme.txt...). Also, for maximum security what attributes I should set for files & folder...

Thanks!

There are no files you need to delete but to see the ones you can delete:

The permissions level depends on your host server settings. You just need to read our docs to determine what you need to do to ensure functionalities like uploads work.

It's not dangerous to leave install.php here ? I have full control on my webhost so I can change any files or folder attributes... Where in the docs I can find such information ? I Searched without success...

If it were dangerous, we'd tell you to remove it, wouldn't we? A lock file is created to prevent the install file from running after installation.
