Password problum

I have forgottong m admin password i have accese to the database to deleate the sting needed but dont know which or how to reset the password so i can log in.

why don't you use the "I forgot my password" link on the login page? It will only work if you have specified a valid email account for your admin user. If you haven't, edit your database with a tool like phpMyAdmin, browse coppermine's users table and specify the email account there. If you have password encryption enabled (default option in cpg1.4.x), you can't directly look up the password in your db.
