No rating, no comments -please, help

Hi:) I enable comments & rating for all goups (admin & guest) but nobody can vote or comment  - there is even no link to comments or voting. I also tried to switch from GUESTS to ANONIMOUS, but if I do that I  can really save the results(: Please, hel me -I've read a lot of threads but can't find the solution... I can't comment as admin 2(:

Make sure you enabled commenting and rating in album properties aswell.
