Problem Upgrading to v1.4.3

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade to v1.4.2 from using the auto upgrade feature provided by my hosting provider.  However during the upgrade process the backup processed filled up my disk quota and I had to kill the upgrade process.  I then had my quota increased and deleted the "fantastico_backup" (if I recall correctly) directory. 

Now my gallery does not work anymore.  If I go to the index.php page it shows a blank page.  config.php still works. 

I do not want to lose any of my pictures and settings.  What's my best approach to getting this resolved and upgrade to the new version?
