watermark existing images

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a script or a mod that would watermark / stamp (logo) already existing images on the site. Does anyone have any ideas?

Also, I would like to watermark /stamp by default all new images uploaded using a graphic that I have made (logo). How can I do that? Im runing CPG 1.3.2
