Making an album public with Coppermine 1.3.2

Hello.

Is it possible to make an album where every registered user can upload images? (I'm using Coppermine 1.3.2) I read in the FAQ(http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/faq.htm#createPublicAlbum)
but when I click on the name of a specific album in the album list there is no  "properties" link.

If you are using 1.3 then use the 1.3 manual

Also you really should update to 1.3.5
